Take screen shots:

1. Get the screen on the picture you want

2. press this button:

3. Now go to start, go to all programs, then acessories, then click on paint

4. Now hold Ctrl and press V

5. Now you can pick out an area you want or just keep it as is

6. When your done editing the picture, hold Ctrl and press S

7. Now save it as what you want(save it as a jpg if your using wordpress)
